We are excited to announce the latest release of our product, packed with several powerful enhancements, fixes, and integrations to elevate your experience and productivity. Here are the key highlights of this release:

Enhancements:

  1. Schedule calls page added, enabling users to schedule calls and view all scheduled calls on the same page.
  2. IVR prompt transfer to agent functionality added.
  3. Activity logs for call recording downloads added.
  4. Marathi language option added to TTS.
  5. Captcha added to agent panel login.
  6. Waiting tone/message added between calls while ratio dialing.
  7. Feedback prompt and Feedback recording functionality added.
  8. Messaging logs added.

User Experience Upgrades:

  1. Admin panel main menu UI updated
  2. Removed activity log button from the top right corner of the landing page.
  3. Removed the knowledge base option from the left-side navigation pane.
  4. Changed the colour of the non-clickable items on the dashboard.
  5. Removed click to call caller ID popup displayed on agent’s end.
  6. Updated integration steps for LSQ integration.
  7. Webhook list page UI updated.
  8. Nested menu removed from admin panel for old reports.

Bug Fixes & Quality Improvements:

  1. Fixed an issue where the user was able to block/unblock web login even if manage web login permission has not been granted to the user.
  2. Fixed an issue where blocked number calls were being marked as missed calls in the Call Detail Records.
  3. Fixed an issue where emails were not getting triggered when lead lists are not selected/partially selected.
  4. Fixed an issue where the call was shown as missed even when the call has not hit on agent’s end.
  5. Fixed an issue where there was a mismatch between the total number of calls displayed in the Dialer Campaign Performance Report and Call Detail Records.
  6. Optimizations made to reduce resource overuse caused by multiple socket connections for each session call in dialer.
