Reporting

Dialer Agent Performance Report

ADDED

  1. User can export date-wise report along with the cumulative report.
  2. When DAPR is exported, a .zip file containing two files (Cumulative & Date-wise) are included.

CHANGED

  • Header

  1. Changed report name from ‘Dialer Agent Performance Report’ to 'Agent Performance Report (Dialer)
  2. The last update is now shown below the report name as ‘(Last Updated At 13-07-2023 12:00:00 )’
  3. Filter Heading has been changed from ‘Agent’ to ‘Agents/Agent Groups’
  4. The export button is now moved close to the Select KPI button, similar to other reports.
  5. Select KPI Button - The default KPI is now shown in the list and the user doesn’t have the option to remove the default selected fields.

  • Body

    The table body is now sorted in the Agent Name column as default.

Department Performance Report (HPBX)

Header

  • KPI Selection -
    1. Will have all columns in the list & default columns will be visible with a grey tick (to show they are currently selected).
    2. Search functionality has been added while selecting the KPI
  • Export Button
    1. The download button has been renamed to the ‘Export’ button
    2. In the case of the Archive Report, the text will be ‘Export from Archive’
  • Last Updated on - This text will be below the report name
  • The table should be sorted in the ‘Department (ID)’ column as default.

  2. Download CSV will be changed to the ‘Export' button.
  3. The table will be sorted in the ‘Timestamp’ column as default.
  4. ‘S.No.’ has been removed.
