We are excited to announce the latest release of our product, packed with several powerful enhancements, fixes, and integrations to elevate your experience and productivity. Here are the key highlights of this release:

Enhancements:

  • Call recording identifier parameter added in CDR API for own AWS S3 recording storage option.
  • Retry mechanism added to webhooks. In case of a failed webhook retries would be made every 1 hour. (Max Retries-5). Can be enabled on a special request.
  • Tasks/Logs will be assigned to the agent handling the call instead of the admin.(Integrations)
  • Added a permission to download archived CDR under CDR permissions.
  • Added search for team member phone number.
  • Hangup missed and hangup answered webhooks added and updated respectively for dialer.
  • Overall security enhancement of APIs.

User Experience Upgrades:

  • Pagination added to department API.
  • Internal multi-level transfer added, enabling agents to transfer calls internally any number of times. (was limited to 2 transfers)
  • Campaign switch option provided on the agent panel. (Agent had to log out to switch campaigns before)
  • Tooltip alignment optimized in reports.

Bug Fixes & Quality Improvements:

  • Fixed an issue where Answered(Hang-up) Webhook was triggered when a customer missed a call in C2C.
  • A parameter was added to API dial plan to skip busy agents while transferring a call.
  • Fixed automatic log out on Bitrix24 integration in case deleted tokens were stored in the cache.
  • Fixed CDR issues arising in case of call transfer in ZOHO HPBX integration.
  • Rectified an issue where wrong call flow was displayed when agent disconnected the call just after receiving it.
  • Fixed an issue where adding a skill list with the same existing skills showed no error.
  • Dialer agent panel schedule call back API optimized.
  • Break will not end in case of socket disconnection in dialer.
  • Fixed an issue where the status of the agent got stuck on disposition when agent went on break and call at the same time in dialer.
  • Fixed an issue where lead skill details were being removed when lead details were updated from agent panel.
  • Fixed an issue where the quantifier filter was not working in custom report.
  • Fixed an issue in custom dialer CDR where column header and column data would mismatch.
