Enhancements

  • Option to select KPIs in real-time report added.
  • Missed call percentage added to the mail body of custom report email.
  • Ratio call count is now available in the real-time report.
  • Improved logout API for dialer agent panel.
  • Auto-dispositions for not answered RATIO dialer calls enhanced based on cause code.

User Experience Upgrades

  • Added logging in dialer services/socket API.
  • Developed an API to fetch details of webhooks configured on the customer’s account.

  • Fixed an issue where users could upload phone numbers with less than 10 digits through CSV upload while international toggle and user maker checker were off.
  • Fixed an issue where voicemail recording path is shown instead of server path in AWS bucket link.
  • Fixed an issue where the user was unable to download the monthly summary report.
  • Fixed an issue where the answered by agent number was not visible in CDR in case of click to call API.
