Bug Fixes and Quality Improvements

  • Fixed an issue with the custom report sequence.
  • Fixed an issue where new refresh tokens were not being generated after initial (login) token was generated.
  • Fixed an issue where there was discrepancy in the header when agent misses a C2C call.
  • Fixed an issue where the hangup cause was empty in case of API dialplan transfer failover calls.
  • Bug resolution for CDR in Zoho Admin Panel integration- CDRs missed due to unavailability of call RefIds will not be available in Zoho CDRs by utilizing backup ids.
  • Fixed an issue where both missed call count and answered call count were increasing when an inbound call was answered.
  • Fixed an issue where dialer campaign could be deleted even if agents are logged into the campaign.
  • Fixed an issue where the panel does not clear and got stuck on disposition in case of call hangup in inbound queue transfer.
  • Fixed an issue where when call was hung up from the panel but the agent picked call from phone it was being displayed as answered on CDR.

  • Fixed an issue where block/unblock web login was still available on UI even when “Manage web login” permission isn’t granted.
  • Fixed an issue where if wrong department code is entered, calls were getting diverted to any non relevant IVR.
  • Fixed an issue where if the user’s phone number is invalid OTP wasn’t sent to neither number nor email.
