Release Notes: October 2023

We are excited to announce the latest release of our product, packed with several powerful enhancements, fixes, and integrations to elevate your experience and productivity. Here are the key highlights of this release:

Enhancements:

  1. IP Restriction (Extension): Added IP restriction for extension calling, bolstering security measures.
  2. History Tracking: Now, you can track the history of numbers and their last assigned client IDs.
  3. Scope-Based Tokens: Scope-based tokens allow the use of tokens for specific APIs only.
  4. Reporting Enhancements: Call Stats, Missed Call Reports, API & SMS Logs are now in-parity with the UI of other reports.
  5. Daily Refresh at 00:30 AM: Starting from October 13th, The data refresh cycle will occur daily at 00:30 AM. This refresh will capture all agent performance data from the previous day, providing a cumulative overview.
  6. Custom Reports: Data will also be refreshed based on any custom reports set for Dialer Agent Performance. For example, if the customer has set a custom report to refresh at 2:30 PM daily, the data will be updated to include information up to 1:00 PM on that day.

User Experience Upgrades:

  1. TFA - Email ID: Two-factor authentication (TFA) can now be added for email login. OTPs will be sent to the user's email for added security.
  2. Revamp Azure for Agent Panel: Implementing Azure AD integration on the Dialer agent panel for enhanced security and functionality.
  3. Scroller in Fractional Ratio Dialing: Improved the UI for adjusting ratios in campaigns, enhancing user experience.
  4. On-Demand Data Refresh: We are introducing an "On-Demand" feature. You will notice a refresh button within the report interface. By clicking on this button, the data refresh cycle will run immediately for all agents associated with the customer's account, giving customers real-time updates when needed.
  5. Landing Page for Reporting: Introduced a single landing page to quickly access all reports.
  6. "Send Now" Option in Custom Reports: With the "Send Now" option, customers will receive data up to the point of the most recent refresh (either the previous day or the moment the refresh button is clicked).
    For the latest data, users will need to manually refresh the report from the Dialer Agent Performance interface

Performance Boost:

  1. Fixing Session Call Drop Issue: Product behavior change to resolve session call disconnection issue.

Security Improvements:

  1. IP Whitelisting for Tokens: Added IP whitelisting for tokens to enhance security.

Integration Advancements:

  1. Upgrades to Zoho Dialer Integration: The Zoho Dialer integration has received new features like auto-pop-up for inbound calls, call logs, and more.
  2. New Zendesk Integration (Beta Program): Zendesk integration was released with a new architecture and enhanced user experience.
  3. New MD365 Integration (Beta Program): MD365 integration was released with a new architecture and enhanced user experience.

Bug Fixes & Quality Improvements:

  1. Webform Improvement: Optimized webform integration with campaigns for smoother operation.
  2. Answered Seconds Set to Call Duration: Addressed the issue where incorrectly answered durations were visible in the API.
  3. Column Order: Column order discrepancies between the visible report and the downloaded report will be fixed in the coming weeks.
