Feature Enhancements

  • Reset Status for Lead List:
    Users can now reset the status for single or multiple dial statuses directly from the lead list. Previously, resetting would apply to the entire list.

Bug Fixes

  • Contact Name Visibility in Downloaded CDRs:
    Fixed an issue where contact names were not visible in the downloaded Call Detail Records (CDRs).
  • Campaign Mapping in MD365:
    Addressed an issue where new contacts were being created instead of checking for existing leads when saving a new call as a lead on campaign mapping for both incoming and manual calls. Call activities will now correctly align with the Dialer campaign settings.
  • Department Unassignment Issue:
    Fixed a bug where agents could not be fully unassigned from a department if their extension was still assigned. This issue has been resolved to ensure proper unassignment.
  • Auto-Logout Socket Disconnect:
    Resolved an issue where the socket disconnect notification (toaster) during auto-logout was not being removed automatically.

Improvements

  • CPD Filter and Code Optimization in Insights:
    Made significant improvements to insights, including code optimization and enhancements to the CPD filter.
