User can export date-wise report along with the cumulative report. 2. When DAPR is exported, a .zip file containing two files (Cumulative & Date-wise) are included. **CHANGED** * ### Header 1. Changed report name from ‘Dialer Agent Performance Report’ to 'Agent Performance Report (Dialer) 2. The last update is now shown below the report name as ‘*(Last Updated At 13-07-2023 12:00:00 )*’ 3. Filter Heading has been changed from ‘Agent’ to ‘Agents/Agent Groups’ 4. The export button is now moved close to the Select KPI button, similar to other reports. 5. Select KPI Button - The default KPI is now shown in the list and the user doesn’t have the option to remove the default selected fields. * ### Body The table body is now sorted in the Agent Name column as default.

### Department Performance Report (HPBX) ### Header * KPI Selection - 1. Will have all columns in the list & default columns will be visible with a grey tick (to show they are currently selected). 2. Search functionality has been added while selecting the KPI * Export Button 1. The download button has been renamed to the ‘Export’ button 2. In the case of the Archive Report, the text will be ‘Export from Archive’ * Last Updated on - This text will be below the report name * The table should be sorted in the ‘Department (ID)’ column as default.
