Salesforce CRM

To integrate the Salesforce CRM dialer with Smartflo, follow the below steps:

  1. Login toSmartflo portal.

  1. Click on Integrations under the Services tab on the side navigation panel.

  1. Move over to the Salesforce integration section and click on Enable.

  1. Once enabled, click on More Details.

Follow the steps below to acquire your Salesforce CRM domain:

i. Log in to your Salesforce account.

ii. Click on the profile icon in the top-right corner.

iii. Copy the domain displayed below your name.

The copied domain is to be entered in the dialog box in the forthcoming steps.

  1. Click on the Settings button.

  1. In the Salesforce CRM Account Authorization section, click on the Configure button.

  1. Enter the Salesforce CRM domain in the pop-up dialog box and click on the Authorize button.

Note: Add https:// before your domain and then click on authorize to avoid getting an invalid URL error.

  1. Your Salesforce account is now authorized.

  1. Now on the settings page, click on the Configure button in the Dialer Campaign Configurations section.

  1. In the pop-up dialog box select your Campaign (campaign name) and Save New Call As either lead or contact.

  1. You can add multiple campaigns by clicking on the Add Campaign button. Once you're done adding campaigns, click on the Save button.

Note: When choosing a dialer campaign, keep the following points in mind. Otherwise, you may encounter errors.

i. Dialer campaign should not contain multiple lead lists.

ii. Dialer campaign should be configured with the same lead list for outbound, manual, and inbound calls.

iii. Dialer campaign should have its Agent Wise Lead List feature disabled.

  1. Now on the settings page, click on the Configure button in the Lead Map & Sync section.

  1. Follow the below steps:

    1. Select the Campaign, Salesforce Vertical, and Entity List for Mapping.
    2. Select the CRM fields to be mapped with the campaign lead list fields.
    3. Select the additional CRM fields to be added to the lead list from the Add CRM Fields to Lead List menu.
    4. Click on Map and Sync.

Your lead lists have been mapped.

Note : Make sure that the lead list is empty before mapping it.

  1. On the settings page, click on the Configure button in the Agents Access section.

  1. Select the agents to whom you want to grant CRM integration Access ; you can also select the option to generate Auto Tickets.

  1. Now, click on the Info button. Click on Click Here to Download the Package to download the Salesforce package.

  2. Log in to your Salesforce account on the redirected page.

  1. Select the set of users you want to install the package for, acknowledge the agreement and click Install.

  1. Once the installation is successful, click on Done.

  1. Search Call Center in the quick box and then click on Call Centers.

  1. Click on OpenCTI.

  1. Click on Manage Call Center Users.

  1. Click on Add More Users.

  1. Enter the details in the search filter (For eg. Using any criteria like the name of the logged-in salesforce user). Click on Find to further find the user and add them by clicking on Add to Call Center.

  1. Search App Manager in the quick box and select it. Click on the arrow at the end of the Sales (LightningSales) app in the list and then click on Edit from the drop-down menu .

  2. Select Utility Items, click on Add** Utility Item and then add Open CTI Softphone.**

  1. Insert Smartflo Salesforce Dialer in the Label and Save it.

  1. Click on Sales from the app launcher.

  2. Maximize the phone tab placed at the bottom-left corner by clicking on it.

  1. Enter your Smartflo credentials and Sign In to Salesforce CRM.
    Note: Smartflo Salesforce integration is only compatible with Salesforce Enterprise Edition (or a Salesforce Edition supporting Apex Classes).

  1. Log on to the App with yourSmartflo team member credentials and enjoy the experience of seamless calling.
