Onboarding Guide

This document aims to streamline your onboarding journey with our comprehensive guide. Here, you will find everything you need to start with our WhatsApp Messaging Service.

Pre-Requisite

  • User credentials for Smartflo Admin account.
  • Access to Smartflo Omnichannel Platform.
  • WhatsApp Number for enabling the WhatsApp Functionality.

Onboarding Steps

The onboarding process is described in a stepwise manner below:

  1. Log in to the Smartflo portal using your user credentials.

  1. Navigate to Settings>Channels from the side-navigation pane.

  1. To add your WhatsApp Number, in a new tab, browse to Smartflo Omnichannel.

  1. In Omnichannel, navigate to Integrations>Integration Tab from the side navigation pane.

  1. Select the Smartflo integration and click on enable to obtain the Access token.

  1. Copy the Access Token and switch to Smartflo Portal.

  1. Click on the Add WhatsApp Number button from the top-right section. Then, fill in the required information in the dialog box that appears.

  1. Add the WhatsApp Number to be added to the account, mention a name Tag for the number, and paste your copied Access Token here then click on Submit.

  2. You have successfully added your WhatsApp Number and Onboarded with Interactions.
