📞 For the first 30 days after Activation

Call Support Desk Number:

  • This is a missed call service to generate a ticket.
    Our team will call you back to address your issue.

During off-hours:
Please follow the DBCH (Do Big Cloud Hub) process described below.


⏳ After 30 days of Activation

You can raise a Service Request through any of the following channels:


💻 Steps to Raise a Ticket on DBCH Portal

  1. Login to the DBCH Portal:

  2. Navigate to Support:

    • Click on the ‘Support’ tab from the left menu.
    • Then click on ‘View Ticket’.
  3. Raise a New Ticket:

    • Click on the ‘+’ sign to raise a new ticket.
  4. Fill Mandatory Details:

    • Complete all required fields in the ticket form.
  5. Submit:

    • Click on the ‘Submit’ button once all details are updated.
  6. Ticket Confirmation:

    • A unique ‘Ticket ID’ will be generated. Please keep this for your reference.
