📞 For the first 30 days after Activation
Call Support Desk Number:

- This is a missed call service to generate a ticket.
Our team will call you back to address your issue.
During off-hours:
Please follow the DBCH (Do Big Cloud Hub) process described below.

You can raise a Service Request through any of the following channels:

💻 Steps to Raise a Ticket on DBCH Portal

Login to the DBCH Portal:
- Go to https://dobigcloudhub.ttns.in
- Login with your User ID and Password (sent to you from
[email protected]
).

Navigate to Support:
- Click on the ‘Support’ tab from the left menu.
- Then click on ‘View Ticket’.

Raise a New Ticket:
- Click on the ‘+’ sign to raise a new ticket.

Fill Mandatory Details:
- Complete all required fields in the ticket form.

Submit:
- Click on the ‘Submit’ button once all details are updated.

Ticket Confirmation:
- A unique ‘Ticket ID’ will be generated. Please keep this for your reference.
