Short URL Campaign
The Smartflo portal allows users to create & manage short URL campaigns. This service helps them to create short and shareable links for their business. They can track and optimize every digital initiative using our best-in-class analytics tools.
You can activate a Short URL Campaign only through an SMS/Email Template service.
Follow the below steps to create a Short URL Campaign:
- Click on the Services tab placed on the side navigation.
- Click Short URL Campaign.
- A list of all the campaigns appears along with the relevant details. Click the Add Short URL Campaign button placed in the top-right corner.
- Enter the general details as per the fields described below and click Save.

| Name | Enter the name of the campaign. |
| Description | Enter the description for the campaign. |
| Destination URL | Enter the Destination URL where the customer needs to be redirected. |
| Type | Select the type of URL: 1. Single URL- It's a link that routes customers to a website or a web page. 2. Trackable URL- It allows the owner to track the number of hits for the particular link/URL. 3. Feedback Trackable URL - It's a type of trackable URL wherein you can take the responses from the end customers using a Survey Campaign. You need to select the created survey campaign. |
| URL will expire after(days) | Select Specific Days and enter the number of days post which the URL will expire. You may select Never to make it permanent. |
You can easily trigger a Short URL Campaign by choosing it in a SMS/Email Template.
Follow the below-mentioned steps to view Feedback Trackable URL Report:
- Click Select an Action against the desired short URL campaign for which you want to view the report.

Click on View Report.
Note: The Report section is available for the Feedback Trackable URL only.

Click on Download Report to download in .csv format.
- Click on the Yes button to view the feedback responses.
