Kapture
Follow the below steps to integrate Kapture with Smartflo:
- Login to your Smartflo account.
- Select Integrations under the Services tab.
- Enable the Smartflo integration with Kapture by toggling the button and clicking on Instructions.
- Next, select Webhook under the Services tab.
- Create a Webhook with the following details.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Name of your Webhook. |
| Description | Description of your Webhook. |
| Trigger | When your Webhook should be activated. |
| URL | Will be provided by Kapture. |
| Request | Type of Webhook you want to create. |
| Call type | Select either incoming or outgoing calls. |
| My numbers | Select your extension. |
| Time Zone | Select the time you are living in. |

Enter the generated URL in the URL section.

Enter the Response Body as mentioned below.

Click the Save button.

Create a second Webhook with the following details.
