AC-CID Lists

To access AC-CID Lists follow the steps given below after logging in to your Smartflo Panel.

1. Go to Services > AC-CID Lists

2. Click on Add AC-CID List

3. Add the details and click on Save

Once a list is added you can click on Select an Action and choose to Manage, Edit or Delete the list.

4. To add area code and caller id click on Add AC-CID

5. Add the details and click on Save

Once the field is added you can click on Select an Action and choose to Edit or Delete the entry

6. Click on Upload AC-CIDs to upload the list

Choose the file from your device and click on Upload

Click on Sample File to download a sample
