Deleted Call Broadcast

The portal allows you to view all the deleted call broadcasts.

To view deleted call broadcast detail, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Services tab placed on the side navigation.
2. Click Outbound Services.
3. Click Deleted Call Broadcast.
4. A list of all the deleted call broadcasts appears along with the relevant details.

5. To view the deleted call broadcast details of a selected campaign click on Call Broadcast Detail.

5. To download CDR, click on Download CDR.
