Direct Inward System Access (DISA)

DISA assists the agents to make outbound calls to the customers effortlessly from a phone without logging into the portal. After activating the DISA from the portal, the agents just need to call the DID number from their phone, enter the Access PIN when prompted, followed by the customer's number and they would get connected to the customer.

Follow these steps to add a DISA:

  1. Click on Services>DISA.

  2. Click on the Add button in the top-right corner.

  3. Enter the details and click Save to create a DISA.

Note: Select the Recording for DISA PIN that facilitates the agent to enter the PIN after hearing the recording and choose the desired IVR as Recording for Customer Number.

  1. To edit or delete a DISA, click on Select an Action against the specific DISA, and click Edit or Delete, respectively.
