First Time Login
If you're logging in for the first time, please check your email for the login information. Your welcome email contains your login credentials and a URL to access the Smartflo portal.
Follow these steps to log in to the Smartflo Portal:
- Click on the URL provided in the email. The link redirects you to the Smartflo portal.
- Enter the login ID, and password and click Login.
- If you are signing in for the first time, then it will prompt you to change your password.
- Reset the password and enter your login ID and password to sign in to your Smartflo account.
What to do if you have repeatedly entered an incorrect password?
On entering an incorrect login ID or password three times, a warning email is sent to the user informing about failed login attempts. Subsequently, on the 5th failed login attempt, the login is blocked automatically for security reasons.
The same information is conveyed to the user on their registered email address and a password reset link is sent. Users can click on the link and reset their password to get their account unblocked easily.
Note: You might get the below error if someone else has logged in from your account.
