SIP Utilization Report

The SIP Utilization Report displays trunk-wise channel utilization as well as the duration of the call when the call is not connected to the agent and the duration of the call when the call is connected to the agent. It allows users to see all of the details of the calls made or received by the assigned trunk in their account, including outgoing and incoming call attempts, duration, and average call duration.

To view the SIP utilization report, click on the Reporting > SIP Utilization Report tab on the side navigation.

The report consists of the following fields:

DateThe date the call was received or made from the trunk.
Outgoing Call AttemptsThe number of outgoing calls made from the trunk.
Successful Outgoing CallThe number of outgoing calls made from the trunk and received by the recipient.
Incoming Call AttemptsNumber of Incoming Calls received on the trunk.
Successful Incoming CallNumber of Answered Incoming Calls on the trunk.
Duration(Incoming) (DD:HH:MM:SS)Total incoming call duration.
Duration(Outgoing) (DD:HH:MM:SS)Total outgoing call duration.
Successful Outgoing Ratio (%)Percentage of outgoing call. Formula= The number of outgoing calls made from the trunk and received by the recipient/ The number of outgoing calls made from the trunk.
Average Call Duration (Outgoing) (s)Average duration of outgoing call. Formula=Total duration of outgoing call/Total outgoing call.
Successful Incoming Ratio (%)Percentage of incoming call. Formula= Total Incoming Calls Answered/Total Number of Incoming Calls.
Average Call Duration (Incoming) (s)Average duration of incoming call. Formula=Total duration of incoming call/Total incoming call.
Average Setup Duration of Outgoing Calls (s)Average time to answer an outgoing call. Formula= Total time taken to answer the outgoing call/ Total Outgoing calls.
Average Setup Duration of Incoming Calls (s)Average time to answer an incoming call. Formula= Total time taken to answer an incoming calls/Total Incoming Calls.
