Hubspot integration with Smartflo can bring several benefits to your business, enhancing your sales and customer support processes, it offers many advantages such as seamless call management, click-to-call functionality, etc.
📘Instructions
Follow the below-mentioned steps to successfully integrate your Hubspot CRM with Smartflo.
- Log into your Smartflo Account.
- Navigate to the Integrations Tab from the side-navigation panel.
- In HPBX integration, click on enable for Hubspot CRM integration.
- Click on More Details in the Hubspot CRM option.
- Click on Enable and select your desired agent for the integration.
Note: You can select either mobile or extension number for the user, if the user has created his own extension on the portal. Also, you can enable auto ticketing functionality for your selected user.
- Open a new tab, log in to your user account on which you have integrated Hubspot CRM. Then, follow the same steps as 2 and 4.
- Smartflo provides two types of Hubspot CRM Applications for Integration.
- Hubspot Native App (Supports Outbound Only).
- Hubspot Desktop App (Supports Both Inbound and Outbound).
- To Authorize any Hubspot(Native or Desktop) Application for your desired user. Click on Apps(beta) and click on “To Authorize click here”, then choose Install for “Tata for Hubspot New Calling app”
Note: This will also download the Hubspot Native App for your Hubspot CRM.
- You will be redirected to the Hubspot authorization page.
- Choose your company account after successful login from the prompt and review all the condition then click on Connect App.
- To use the Smartflo Hubspot Desktop Application, click on Apps(beta) and click on “Click Here to download the new desktop app”. Open the downloaded application to install in on your device.
Login using your agent credentials, and you are all done.
- You have successfully integrated your Smartflo account with Hubspot CRM.
- This app integration provides the below-listed functionalities of Smartflo through Hubspot CRM.
- Click To Call (Outbound Calls)
- Call Detail Records(show duration, status, disposition status, etc)
- Call Notes or Call Description
- To use the Click To Call functionality, go to your profile and click on CRM>Contacts from the side-navigation panel, and access your leads saved in your user account for calling.
- Inside the lead, you will find the cellphone icon, click on the icon and authorize your Smartflo native application.
use Call Phone Number to make your call and access the native application. Once the native application is launched, you can dial any number of your choice after selecting the number and DID.
- While in between a call, the user gets a separate tab to write down call notes during the call. Click on the call notes and the user can add their respective comments for the call.
When the call is ended, user will get a prompt to update the disposition status for the call which will be stored in logs with the contact details.
When the call is completed, there’s a new ticket created against each contact and a log stored for each call with all the necessary fields fetched from Call Detail Records.
- To access the logs and recording, navigate to Calls in the leads section from the navigation panel.
Here you can find the details of all the outgoing calls made through the Smartflo application. below are the fields included in the call logs.
- Go to CRM>Tickets. The ticket gets created along with the call.
- These are all the functionality offered by Smartflo through Hubspot Native Application integration.
- For Hubspot Desktop Application, open the application and you’ll find the below mentioned tabs in the desktop app and their respective functionality.
- Dialpad: Click to Call
- Call History: Call Details (call status, duration and disposition)/Click to Dial
- Entities: Leads from the CRM
- Settings: Application Settings
- Dialpad: Click to Call

Toggle: Available/Busy | This toggle represents the agent status, available means the agent is ready to call and busy means the agent is unavailable at the moment hence no call will be generated from his/her end. |
