Voicemail
Voicemail is a voice message that a caller may leave when there is no response on the phone call. It can be used as a failover destination in IVR if a call gets unanswered due to the agent's unavailability.
To create a voicemail, follow these steps:
- Click on the Services tab placed on the side navigation.
- Click Voicemail.
- A list of all the voicemails appears along with the relevant details.
- Click on Add Voicemail on the top right corner of the page.
- Enter the Basic Details and select the recording to be played.
- Choose a greeting recording to greet and help a customer record their message.
- Click Save to finish adding voicemail.
