Voicemail

Voicemail is a voice message that a caller may leave when there is no response on the phone call. It can be used as a failover destination in IVR if a call gets unanswered due to the agent's unavailability.

To create a voicemail, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Services tab placed on the side navigation.
  2. Click Voicemail.
  3. A list of all the voicemails appears along with the relevant details.
  4. Click on Add Voicemail on the top right corner of the page.

  1. Enter the Basic Details and select the recording to be played.
  2. Choose a greeting recording to greet and help a customer record their message.
  3. Click Save to finish adding voicemail.
