Dialer Webform Report

This report is generated whenever an inbuilt webform is integrated within any dialer campaign, to capture specific information about any customer or lead added to the campaign, allowing agents to collect information while outbound calling. It contains all the webform responses that are collected from the dialer agent panel.

To access the dialer webform report. Follow the below steps.

  1. Navigate to the Reporting>Dialer Webform Report tab from the side navigation panel. You'll see a list of all the Webforms tracked from the agent panel.

    Agent NameName of the agent from whose account the webform was triggered.
    Dialer CampaignName of the campaign agent used in which the webform was triggered.
    Call IDUnique ID for the dialer campaign session call.
    Lead NumberLead number for whom the dialer webform was filled.
    DateDate of the report formation
    TimeTime of the report formation
    Feedback Detailscontains the answers of the webform
  2. You can search for any particular Webform report using the corresponding details about the response such as Agent, Campaign, Lead Number, and Date.

  3. Click on Feedback to view the response of any particular report.

  4. Click on Export to download the .csv file of the report.
