The Reporting section contains all the logs, stats, and reports that are useful for analytical purposes. Smartflo provides reports with various filters to help you get relevant data on a specific department, agent, call, etc. We also have customer-scheduled reporting, wherein reports are sent via email on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Customers can view the call's key phrases and search for words to see if they are used in the call or not.
