Survey Campaign

Survey Campaign is a questionnaire that outreaches respondents and collects suggestions and feedback about several topics. It is a two-way communication that helps to analyze the customer's expectations, and hence measure the effectiveness of the survey. The effectiveness is calculated via customer satisfaction and how our products and services meet customer expectations.

You can activate a Survey Campaign by first assigning it to a Short URL Campaign and then that particular short URL campaign to an SMS/Email Template.
