By integrating Freshsales CRM with Smartflo, your support team can significantly boost their productivity through improved call handling and enhanced CRM experience. This powerful integration offers a range of highly effective features designed to streamline your call-related activities within the CRM platform. With Freshsales CRM for Smartflo, your business gains an edge in productivity, enabling your team to optimize their workflows and achieve greater efficiency in managing customer interactions.

Follow the steps below to integrate Smartflo with Freshsales Suite.

  1. Login to your Smartflo account.

  1. Click on Integrations under the Services tab on the side navigation panel.

  1. Move over to the Freshsales integration section and click on Enable.

  1. Once enabled, click on More Details.

  1. Enable the CRM.

  1. Select the User and enter Domain and API Token and click on Save.

To obtain the domain name, simply copy the URL of your Freshsales account up to the "/sales".

Follow the below-mentioned steps if you want to fetch API Token:

a. Login to your Freshsales account.

b. Go to Profile in the top-right corner and click Settings.

c. Go to API Settings and copy the API token.

  1. You will be notified of successful integration.

  1. Click on 🚀 Launchpad.

  1. Search for “app” and click on More apps.

  1. Click on Go to Developer Portal.

  1. Select Freshsales.

  1. Click on New App.

  1. To create a new app, select Custom App, give it a Name, upload the necessary App file, and click on Proceed.

  1. Fill the necessary details and click on Save and Publish.

When prompted to proceed ahead, click on Continue to Save and Publish.

  1. Once the app is successfully published, it will reflect on the dashboard.

  1. Go to Apps Marketplace (same as Step 10) dashboard and click on Manage Apps.

  1. Go to Custom Apps and click on Install.

  1. You’ll be notified of successful installation.

  1. Once the app is successfully setup, the following icon will be visible on the left navigation bar.

  1. On clicking the app icon, you can see that Smartflo has been integrated with Freahsales and is ready for use. Log In to start making calls with Smartflo.

How to Use The Integration

Freshsales integration provides the below-listed functionalities of Smartflo.

  • Click To Call (Outbound Calls)
  • Agent Extension
  • Call Notes or Call Description
  • Call Detail Records
  • Call Disposition
  • Auto-ticketing

While integrating with Freshsales for a user, it allows you to integrate with Extension or Mobile and also allows you to enable Auto-Ticketing.

Follow the steps below to start using Freshsales on Smartflo.

  1. Log In to the app.

  1. To use the Click to Call functionality, Click on the Dialpad icon in the bottom pane. Dial the number of your choice.

  1. After successful login, you can start making and receiving calls.

  1. Integration with Freshsales also allows you to add call notes and also select the disposition (if auto-ticketing is not enabled).

  1. You can access the lead information by selecting Contacts.

  1. You can also access the Call Detail Record for a new lead.
