Get Started
Follow the below-mentioned steps to successfully integrate your Freshsales CRM with Smartflo.
- Log into your Smartflo Account.
- Navigate to the Integrations Tab from the side-navigation panel.
- In HPBX integration, click on enable for Freshsales CRM integration.
- Click on More Details in the Freshsales CRM option.
- In a new tab, log in to your Freshsales CRM Account.
- Go to View Profile section from the top-right corner and click on Personal Settings from there.
- In personal settings, navigate to the API Tab from top navigation and copy the CRM API Key.
- Now, switch back to the previous tab (More Details Tab) and click on Enable then select your desired agent for the integration, paste your Freshsales Domain (till https://{customURL}/crm/sales) and paste the API key(copied).
Note:
You can select either mobile or extension number for the user, if the user has created his own extension on the portal. Also, you can enable auto ticketing functionality for your selected user.
- To download Freshsales Custom Application, click on Steps and select “Click here to download the new and updated package”, your application package will be downloaded.
- In Freshsales, navigate to Admin Settings>Apps & Integrations>Marketplace Apps from the side-navigation.
- In Marketplace Apps, click on Manage Apps.
- In Manage Apps, click on Go to Developer Portal.
- You’ll be redirected to the Freshworks Developer Sign In page, select your Freshsales account.
- You are logged into Freshworks Developer portal, click on New App.
- To create a new app, select Custom App, upload your download package then name your application and click on Save and Continue.
- Fill in the necessary details and click on Save and Continue.
When prompted to proceed ahead, click on Continue to Save and Publish.
- Once the app is successfully published, it will reflect in the All-Apps section of the developer portal.
- Go to Marketplace Apps (same as Step 10) dashboard and click on Manage Apps.
- Navigate to the Custom Apps tab and click on Install for your custom application.
Note:
You need to refresh your browser after successfully installing the application.
- Once the app is successfully set up, the following icon will be visible on the left navigation bar.
- Open the application from the bottom-left corner and then login using your agent’s credentials.
- You have successfully integrated Smartflo with Freshsales CRM and are ready to make calls.
