Dashboard Overview
The Smartflo “Dashboard” provides a comprehensive overview of your telephony services, including live data on call activities, quick access to key features, and video tutorials. This screen is designed to help you manage your calls and access important functions easily.
Getting Started with Dashboard
Login to your Smartflo account using your unique User ID and Password. Once logged in, you will be directed to the main dashboard which provides an overview of key metrics and offers quick access to essential features. Here's an explanation of the key sections on the Smartflo dashboard:
1. Live Data
The Live Data section on the dashboard provides real-time insights and is divided into three categories Calls, Total Missed Calls and Total Answered Calls. These metrics offer a snapshot of call activity, helping to monitor and manage call handling efficiency.

Active Calls | Show the total count of active calls in real-time, including those from the dialer and HPBX. |
Total Answered Calls | Shows the total count of answered incoming calls (HPBX). |
Total Missed Calls | Shows the total count of missed incoming calls (HPBX). |
2. Quick Access
This section provides easy access to essential features such as My Numbers, TTS (Text-to-Speech), and Manage Contact Groups. These options enable you to efficiently handle and organize communication-related tasks. There is also a customize option available, allowing you to tailor the Quick Access section according to your specific needs./

4. Click to Call
Click to Call functionality helps you call agents or customers instantly with a single click.

Simply, click the Click to Call button on the top-right corner of the page.

Under Customer Number, enter the desired number from the dial pad.
Note: Customer numbers must be between 10 and 15 digits long, with the prefixes +91 and 0 allowed. For example, 9973XXXXXX, +919873XXXXXX, and 09873XXXXXX. -
Choose the agent who would be handling the call under Select Agent.

Under Select Number, choose the DID number from which you want to make the call.

Click on the Call button.
- Schedule Calls
The Schedule Calls section shows all calls scheduled by agents on both the dialer and HPBX.
- Destination: Displays the customer’s name and phone number.
- Schedule Date: Shows the scheduled call date.
- Note: Includes any notes added by the agent during scheduling.
- Assigned To: The assigned agent's name.
- Action Button: Enables you to edit or delete the scheduled call.
- Send SMS
The portal allows you to send SMS with the click of a button.
To send an SMS, follow these steps:

Click the Send SMS button at the top-right corner to open the dialog box.

Enter the recipient's mobile number.

From the dropdown menu, select Text (For English) as the message type.

Type the template message in the field provided, using the template already added in the Smartflo panel. For more details on template management and configuration, refer to the link (Template Management).

Click Send to send the message or Close to cancel at any time.
You must use the exact DLT-approved template configured in Smartflo's template management for SMS. Customized messages cannot be sent.
- Need Help?
The Need Help button will open a popup displaying the knowledge base. To open it in a new tab, click on the middle expand icon, which is highlighted in black.
8. Profile Settings.
In the Profile settings, you will find the following options:
- Registered number
- Registered email address
- Profile settings button
- Change password option
- Sign-out option to log out of your account
