Zoho CRM when integrated enables your support team to enhance their productivity with its better call handling and CRM experience. With a feature set of several productive measures to manage your call-related activities inside CRM, Zoho CRM aces ahead of your business's productivity.

Follow the below-mentioned steps to successfully integrate your Zoho CRM with Smartflo.

  1. Log into your Smartflo Account.
  2. Navigate to the Services > Integrations Tab from the side-navigation panel.
  3. In Dialer integration, click on enable for Zoho CRM integration.
  4. In the Integrations Tab, click on More Details in the Zoho CRM option.
  5. Click on Configure under Zoho CRM Account Authorization in the settings column, and enter your CRM Domain details such as IN(India), COM(USA), etc.
  6. After authorizing accept the required terms and conditions.

    then click on the GO BACK button for further setup.
  7. Click on Configure under Dialer Campaign Configuration and choose a campaign or click on the Add Campaign button to add a new one.

Select the same lead list throughout your dialer campaign, otherwise you won’t be able to configure your campaign.

  1. Under Lead Mapping, map the lead list of the dialer campaign with the CRM.
  2. Under Agents Access, toggle the Status and Auto-Ticket switch to allow the team members to access the CRM and use the auto-ticketing feature.
  3. After completing the above steps, Click on “Click here to download the package” in the Info Section to install the Smartflo Dialer App.
  4. You’ll be redirected to Zoho CRM’s page. Log into your Zoho CRM account.
  5. Accept the required terms and conditions and install the application.
  6. Now Log into your Agent’s account or Team Member’s account and authorize your agent with the CRM integration.
  7. Go to Services>Integrations and enable dialer integration of Zoho CRM.
  8. In the Integrations Tab, click on More Details in the Zoho CRM option.
  9. Click on Configure under Zoho CRM Account Authorization in the settings column, and enter your CRM Domain details such as IN(India), COM(USA), etc.
  10. After authorizing accept the required terms and conditions.
  11. Go to Zoho CRM, Click on the telephony icon below, log on to the App with your Smartflo Team Member Credentials & enjoy the experience of seamless calling.
