Auto-Attendant
Auto-Attendant is an automated voice that is played after receiving the call. It can be a whole information of the promotion like "Hi XYZ company is giving 70% discount on all the products and the sale will end on 31st March 2023.
Follow the below steps to add an Auto-Attendant.
- Click on the Services tab on the side navigation.
- Click Auto-Attendant.
- A list of all the auto-attendants appears along with the relevant details.
- Click on Add Auto-Attendant available in the top right corner.
- Give a Name to the auto-attendant and provide a short description.

Select the Recording to be played, hear the recording with the play button, and to increase and reduce recording speed, click the three dots and then Playback Speed.

Select the Destination on which the call should land after the recording and click Save.
To edit or delete an auto-attendant, click on Select an Action against the specific auto-attendant and click Edit or Delete, respectively.
