Leadsquared CRM

With custom metrics, reports, and flexible data visualizations, Leadsquared is an intuitive yet powerful sales CRM that enables you to understand the information that matters.

To integrate Leadsquared CRM with Smartflo, follow the below steps:

  1. Login to your Smartflo account.

  1. Click on Integrations under the Services tab.

  1. Move over to the Leadsquared integration and click on Enable.

  1. Once enabled, click on More Details.

  1. Click on Settings and select Configure against Leadsquared CRM Account Authorization.

  1. An authorization dialog box will appear.

The following steps will help you fetch the details required for authorization and complete the required setup information needed.

a. Log into your LeadSquared account.

b. To get the CRM domain, copy the webpage URL to “.com” and add it to the Authorization dialog box (Step 6).

c. Go to User Settings.

d. Click on API and Webhooks.

e. The API and Webhooks page displays the “API host URL”, “Access Key” and “Secret Key”.

The Access Key and Secret Key are supposed to be confidential and should not be shared with anyone.

Copy the API host URL (till .com), Access Key, and Secret Key and add it to the Authorization dialog box (Step 6).

f. Click Apps > Apps Marketplace

g. Verify it contains the LeadSquared Universal Telephony Connector; if not, then install it.

h. Configure the settings by clicking the configure icon.

i. Select Agent Popup API and copy the Agent Popup API and add it to the Authorization dialog box (Step 6).

j. Next, go to Call Log API and copy the Call Log API and add it to the Authorization dialog box (Step 6).

  1. Once all the details have been filled in, click on Authorize.

  1. You’ll see the following message once the CRM is successfully authorized.

  1. Next, configure the Dialer Campaign Settings to do that click on Configure.

  1. Configure the desired campaigns and click on Save.

  1. Next, click on Configure to Map the lead list of campaigns chosen in Dialer Campaign Configurations with your Leadsquared.

  1. Fill in the basic details and click on Map.

  1. Lastly, click on Configure to allow the team members to access the campaign and use the auto-ticketing feature.

  1. Enable the status and auto-ticketing for desired users and click on Close.

  1. Log into your LeadSquared account.

  1. Click Apps > Apps Marketplace

  1. Verify it contains the LeadSquared Universal Telephony Connector; if not, then install it.

  1. Configure the settings by clicking the configure icon.

  1. The below configuration page appears. Now, add Virtual Number in the format +91-XXXXXXXXXX and give a name to it.

  1. Next, enable the Agent popup API and click the Save button.

  1. Go to Agent Panel Settings and enter the following details and click on Save.

Follow the steps below to generate Auth_Token

a. Login to your Smartflo account.

b. Click on Account API under the Services tab.

c. Click on Generate Token.

d. Give a token name and click on Save.

e. Click on Copy Token to copy the value.

  1. Now, click on Manage Users.

  1. Edit the user by clicking on the cog icon present next to it.

  1. Ensure the Show Phone Call Popup under Other Details is stated as Yes. If not, then you can change the settings by clicking Edit.

  1. Now, login to Leadsquared with the agent credentials and you can see the Agent Panel popup on the bottom of the screen.
