Agent Activity Logs
The Agent Activity Logs allows you to view the activity logs for all agents, so that you can keep track of all the activity done by the agent including information such as name, login ID, IP address, browser, and operating system. If login-based calling is enabled, then the user can view the status as busy or available. It will help users keep track of the agent so that they can see the agent's login time, logged out time and breaks taken as well as separate agents based on their productivity.
To view the agent activity logs, click on the Reporting > Agent Activity Logs tab on the side-navigation.
Agent name/login ID
It helps you filter out the report by agent name or login ID.

Click Email ID or Login ID present in the top-left corner.

Search the agent's email or Login ID for which you want to see the stats.

Set the date range.

Click Search.

Agent | Name of the agent. |
Login ID | Agent's login ID. |
Action | Agent's activity during the current session. |
IP | IP address of the agent. |
Device Details | Browser and OS used by the agent. |
Timestamp | Date and time of the activity done by the agent. |
