Transcription Analysis Report

The Transcription Analysis allows you to view the number of call recordings. You can view the key phrases for the call and can determine the caller's intent by performing sentiment analysis.

To view your transcription analysis, follow these steps:

  1. Click Reporting > Transcription Analysis tab on the side-navigation.

  2. Here you can view all the call recording & call transcriptions details.

  3. To search for a custom keyword, enter the keyword and select the date range.

  4. Click Analyze button.
